How Do I Rebuild Data And Check Data For Changes?
Please note that when directed to Advanced Analytics, the last data rebuild and last data check will reflect in the top left of the screen.
A users may reflect these changes manually by accessing the report settings to locate the Rebuild Data and Check for Data Changes options.
It is recommended that users Check Data for Changes every day especially if entering visit information daily or referral data manually. If changes are discovered, you'll received the following message to prompt the user to rebuild.
If a user imports referral data into MDreferralPRO monthly, both
advanced analytics and the priority list must be rebuilt after every
import in order to make sure all statistics reflect current information.
If a user selections the Rebuild Data option, then all user account's will be rebuilt.
Why is the "refresh" icon red on one of my Advanced Analytics report? The icon is red when you have rebuilt the cache since the report was ran the first time that day. When you load a report, it is saved. If a user rebuilds the cache after that, the icon will turn red next time you go to that report.
When should the Check Cache Integrity be selected? A user would only need to utilize this option if there is a problem with reports loading or they are not seeing a report that they should have in the drop down menu.
