How Do I Access And Toggle Between Layouts In Advanced Analytics?
In Advanced Analytics, users can create and access separate layouts. A layout is simply, a page within one of the sections of analytics. This page can contain the same and/or different charts and graphs from other layouts. Each user account comes with a default layout within Referrals, Trends, Trends by Visit Type and Visits reports. Users can customize their layouts or work directly with an MDreferralPRO customer service rep to customize layouts, charts and/or graphs.
1. To access different layouts within your user account, select the gear icon located on the layout menu to the left of the analytics screen.
2. Next, an options menu will appear in the middle of your screen. Select "load" (selected in green in the example) and you will see a drop-down list of your saved layouts. To load a specific layout, click the diskette icon () to the right of the page layout title.
3. The analytics page will refresh with your selected layout.
