How to Create a Custom List from Advanced Analytics

 

MDreferralPRO users have the ability to export a list from Advanced Analytics into a custom list.  


 

A User may export all listed entities or filtered data by selecting the list icon to the far right of the data displayer, and select Create New List. The list settings will open, allowing users to create the list. Select "Chart" to rename the chart. Layout and filter are not necessary to use; however, if you have filtered the data and would like to view the filters populated within the list, select "Filter." 

 

Click "Structure" to select to choose what information you want to be populated within the list. Select the green gear icon on the top right corner of the list to close the list settings. 

 

 

 The list will appear in what is considered its "home." To send the list to the page in which will allow users to either add it to the layout or export the list, click the double arrows. 

 

The list is then sent to the layout in which the user is on and at the bottom, notice the "Export List." Select this option to send the listed entities to Geo-targeting as a newly created custom list. 

 

To add this list to the layout of your Advanced Analytics page, select the gear icon to the left of the layout. 



The select "Set As Default" 



The Export list is not on your default layout of the specified report in Advanced Analytics.
